Theatre is wonderful, but sometimes we miss the nuances of the language in the script, caught up in the spectacle. Our new U3A Wonersh Play Reading Group will, we hope, enable you to revisit much-loved plays and discover new ones—much like a book group. We will share the reading, or, for those who are less confident, simply come along, listen, and follow the script.

The logistics of acquiring scripts in a cost-effective way are still to be finalised, but if you are interested in joining the group and have a suggestion for a play, please do let us know by contacting Sheila above.
