Pilates is one of the safest, gentlest and most effective forms of exercise suitable for all age groups and abilities. Multiple benefits over time are: Increased muscle tone and core strength. Our instructor is fully qualified & registered and runs small classes providing individual care and attention. Bring own mats. No other equipment required – just a desire to feel fitter and more energised.
Classes run weekly throughout the year except for Bank Holidays and a short break at Easter and Christmas/New Year.
Please note: These are not drop-in sessions and due to a limit on class numbers, places must be booked termly in advance.
