Tai Chi is a gentle, safe exercise that connects the mind and body. It has many health benefits. With practice it should help strengthen your limbs, improve your flexibility and balance, and help prevent falls. No matter what your age, Tai Chi is a wonderful way to improve your health and your well-being.
Our very experienced instructor, James Norman, has led these popular courses at Wonersh for many years. After warm-up exercises we learn and practise sequences of the slow, flowing movements that make up these Tai Chi forms; James is currently teaching us Tai Chi 10, Ba Fa Wu Bu, and Thai Chi 16. Our groups are very friendly and welcoming and the sessions fun!
We currently meet weekly at Lawnsmead Hall during school term periods, with breaks at half-term.
